Updated Digital Donor Journey

We partnered with Springs Rescue Mission on everything between a first impression and a recurring gift.

Ads, web, brand, photo, video, email, and print, all working together as one connected donor experience in Colorado Springs.

One partner for the whole donor journey.

Instead of handing off pieces to different vendors, we treated Springs Rescue Mission's giving as one connected system and worked on every part of it.

The new homepage

A homepage built around the donor.

We rebuilt springsrescuemission.org to do one thing well: help people give. The layout is streamlined, the next step is always clear, and the stories of neighbors at the mission make that step worth taking.

  • Giving front and center, with the donation form in the hero
  • A cleaner, faster path from first visit to first gift
  • Real stories that invite people closer

Monthly giving program

A new home for monthly givers.

Monthly donors are the steadiest support a mission has. We developed the Pathway Partner brand and redesigned its website to tell the story of walking alongside someone, from a first meal to a home of their own.

Email that keeps the conversation going.

We built three automated series that meet people where they are, from first sign-up to monthly partner.

1

New subscriber series

Introduces new subscribers to the mission, the people it serves, and how they can be part of it.

2

First-time donor welcome

Thanks first-time donors, shows what their gift made possible, and welcomes them into the story.

3

Donor upgrade series

Invites one-time donors to become monthly Pathway Partners when they're ready.

Twelve new ad sets, built from scratch.

Each set paired a different audience with a different message, using photo and video we captured at the mission. Every campaign also got its own custom landing page, so people who clicked an ad landed somewhere that picked up right where the ad left off.

Springs Rescue Mission 30 Years of Hope logo

30th anniversary identity

A mark built from the mission itself.

The zero frames an abstracted view of the SRM campus, topped by a cross for the faith that started it all. It's a small picture of what thirty years of hope, restoration, and dignity have built in Colorado Springs.

Working with Radius Group has been an absolute pleasure. From the start, they've taken the time to genuinely understand our mission, and it shows in everything they produce.

In a world with nearly infinite options for marketing help, finding a team of talented, like-minded creatives whose top priority is doing right by their clients is like finding a well in the desert. Radius Group deals honestly, does the right thing, and brings both excellence and integrity to every project. We couldn't ask for better partners.

A heart for the least of these

Hi, I'm Jonathan, and I want to serve ministries that serve the least of these.

I had the privilege of working at Springs Rescue Mission, and now my team and I continue to serve them through my marketing company, Radius Group.

While I've worked with a variety of nonprofits and businesses, my heart is especially drawn to ministries that care for the poor, reach the overlooked, and share the hope of Jesus Christ. My team and I love using our experience in marketing, design, and digital fundraising to help these ministries grow their reach and impact more lives with the Gospel.

We're looking to partner with just two additional ministries in 2027, and we'd love to hear about your mission, learn about your needs, and explore how my team and I might serve you.
